What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE standard domestic and international shipping on all orders. 

What are your shipping times?

Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days of the order being placed (That are not custom printed items such as shoes or bags). We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, shipping to the United States takes approximately 10-20 business days. Outside the US, shipping varies between 15-40 business days. Shipping times are not certain due to the many variables involved in overseas shipping. Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping.

What is the process for custom printed items?

After your order is placed we allow a 24 hour window to make any adjustments or cancellations. Then your order goes into production which can take Generally 5-7 Business Days. After Production your order gets shipped out which Generally takes 15-20 Business days.

I ordered multiple items why did I receive only one?

We ship your items from various international warehouses in order to get them to you as fast as possible. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. So please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on their way.

Help! My item is damaged or poor quality...

If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area. We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost. The Window Shop is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.

Order Modification/Exchanges/Refunds

You may cancel or change order details within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We offer exchanges on items that are the wrong size, the wrong product or damaged. Refunds are available on items that are the wrong product & not received/lost in the mail items only. We don't allow refunds or exchanges on sizes due to customer error. We allow up to 2 weeks to contact us about an issue regarding your item once you have received it and allow 30 days from that point to return the item back to us in its new & unused condition.
